At 8:00 a.m., we’ll pick you up at your hotel and head to Chi’s Wheels Garage for a short safety briefing and bike check before the journey.
We begin with a 4-kilometer ride along the Red River, where daily life unfolds in fishing villages, tiny boats, ferries, and vast cornfields. Then, continuing 60 kilometers through tranquil countryside, we reach Trung Ha Bridge.
After lunch, the route leads us into Xuan Son National Park, along mild backroads and scenic off-road tracks. Crossing two long mountain passes, we arrive at Nghia Lo township, a place of cool weather, vibrant culture, and historic sites like the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area and Muong Lo Market. Overnight stay at a hotel in Nghia Lo.

After breakfast, we set off on a 50 km ride to Tu Le, following winding roads that cut through untouched landscapes and endless rice terraces. If the weather is kind, a quick coffee break prepares us for the off-road trail ahead. Returning to National Route 32, we pause at the Parasailing site, where sweeping views of Tu Le valley and the foot of the legendary Khau Pha Pass await. Stretching over 32 km, Khau Pha is not only the longest but also one of the most rugged passes along Route 32.
The journey carries us through a string of must-see gems: La Pan Tan, Mu Cang Chai, Tu Le, Che Cu Nha, and Nam Co. We’ll stop at La Pan Tan mountain peak before rolling into the charming town of Mu Cang Chai for lunch.
In the afternoon, the adventure continues toward the iconic O Quy Ho Pass—one of Vietnam’s longest and most dramatic mountain passes. Here, we pause to admire the magical twilight before descending into the welcoming town of Sapa.

Kick off the day with a motorbike ride to explore Sapa’s most iconic attractions. We begin at Sin Chai Valley, pass through the charming Cat Cat Village, and cross a short off-road stretch before following National Highway 4D to Khoang Village and the scenic Ta Phin Valley. After a quick break, the route takes us into the stunning Lao Chai – Ta Van Valley and up to Sau Chua Peak. From there, we descend to Y Linh Ho Village and continue on a newly paved, winding road with breathtaking views on both sides, before stopping for lunch at a local homestay in Ta Van.
In the afternoon, we head onto a twisting backroad running parallel to Provincial Road 153, perfect for an off-road adventure with panoramic views, leading us to the vibrant Bac Ha Market. Bursting with colors, flavors, and traditions, the market is not only a trading hub but also a place where young men and women once came to find love. We finish the day at the Cung Fu Hotel, checking in around 5:30 p.m.

Today’s journey takes us into the land of grandeur and wonders – Ha Giang. On the way, we’ll marvel at the spectacular Hoang Su Phi rice terraces, a national tourism highlight, and conquer thrilling off-road routes, cloud-kissed mountain peaks, and winding passes.
Leaving Bac Ha town, we have two options: follow the old Provincial Road 153 to Coc Pai town in Xin Man District – home to the highest ethnic market in Ha Giang – or tackle 40 km of rugged off-road trails. After a coffee break, we continue with another 20 km off-road section to Phung village, then head to Vinh Quang town for lunch before passing through the breathtaking Hoang Su Phi valley.
Although an off-road path leads directly to Ha Giang, it would make our arrival too late. Instead, we ride along National Highway 2 toward Ha Giang City. Known as the paradise of buckwheat flowers, Ha Giang also boasts majestic scenery and legendary mountain passes such as Chieu Lau Thi Peak, Tay Con Linh, and Ma Pi Leng Pass. We end the day with dinner and an overnight stay at Thon Tha village, a peaceful haven to fully relax after a long day on the road.

We start the day with a hearty breakfast before taking on an off-road adventure in Ha Giang. The route isn’t too demanding, giving us time to soak in the untouched beauty along the way. Riding through forests and past a cascading waterfall, we stop at Lung Tam village, famous for its traditional weaving. Soon after, the breathtaking Quan Ba Valley unfolds beneath us. From nearly 8,000 meters in elevation, it reveals rolling forested hills, hidden grottoes, meadows dotted with orchids, plum and peach trees, and medicinal herbs—all blending into a stunning panorama.
From here, we can either follow the main road to discover the tranquil Yen Minh pine forest or take a 20 km off-road detour for a closer look at raw nature and local life. After lunch in Yen Minh town, we continue toward the heart of the Rock Plateau, visiting the historic H’Mong Lord’s House before tackling one of Vietnam’s legendary “Four Great Passes” – the Ma Pi Leng Pass. Winding along the Happy Road and overlooking the emerald Nho Que River, this is the most dramatic and dangerous pass in Northern Vietnam. At its summit, we pause to embrace the magic of dusk before heading back to Hoa Cuong Hotel for dinner and overnight rest.

The first stop is the legendary Khau Vai Love Market, just outside Meo Vac. More than a trading hub, it’s a centuries-old tradition where separated lovers reunite once a year. From there, the road twists and winds with steep climbs and plunging descents, leading us into Bao Lac in Cao Bang for lunch at a local restaurant. The route to Quang Uyen then unfolds with landscapes of unrivaled beauty—limestone mountains, golden cornfields, and charming villages along the Vietnam–China border. As evening falls, we check in at a cozy homestay in Cao Bang, ready to relax after a day of adventure.

Instead of following the busy National Highways 1 or 18, packed with heavy traffic, we guide you through a more scenic and tranquil route via Khe Ro’s old-growth forest and the spiritual path west of Yen Tu. The Yen Tu Nature Reserve, spanning five communes—Thanh Son, Thanh Luan, Tuan Mau, An Lac, and Luc Son—is both a national landmark and a sacred Buddhist site. Each year, it draws millions of visitors for its serene landscapes and religious significance. It was here that King Tran Nhan Tong attained enlightenment, founding a uniquely Vietnamese branch of Buddhism.

At the cave’s highest point, a natural “royal garden” reveals itself, complete with a crystal-clear pond and breathtaking scenery.

Booking Conditions
1. Deposits & Payment Policy
- A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required upon confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before departure. If full payment is not received by then, your booking will be considered canceled.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (all transfer fees are borne by the client).
- Once payment is received, we will send a final confirmation with detailed itinerary and services via email.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Chi’s Wheels is not responsible for flight delays, schedule changes, or disruptions outside our control.
- The itinerary may be adjusted or delayed due to weather, local conditions, or political reasons, with prior notice.
- Guests who violate tour rules without prior exception from the tour leader may have their trip canceled without refund.
- For minor mechanical issues, our guide/mechanic will repair your bike on-site. If repairs cannot be completed within the day, a replacement bike of similar type will be arranged.
